What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
We collect information from you only when you:
- purchase a product from our online shop
- fill out one of our contact forms
- signup for a newsletter or event hosted by the Academy of Healing Arts
- signup for a course hosted by one of the Academy of Healing Arts’ registered teachers/instructors

Examples of information we may collect using Google Analytics include information about your visit such as the information you viewed or searched for, the length of your visit and the pages that you visited.

The information you supply is only used to contact you, when necessary, with regards to products that you have purchased, or in regards to your purchase order, to send you a newsletter you have agreed to receive, to submit your information to the third-party training institutions for certification relevant to the course you attended or to contact you in response to general enquiries. Information collected via Google Analytics is only used to enhance your website experience.
How long we retain your data?
For users that purchase a product or register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
